When you place orders from our site, Your order will usually be shipped out immediately after your payment succeed.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before you pay for it,your phone number is needed so as the courier can contact you.

You don't need worry about the shipping. A tracking number will be sent to you right after your package shipped. Package transitting time normally takes 7 to 9 business days.And if you want your order faster,you can contact us for DHL delivery. This cause another cost of extra shipping freight:15 USD. Holidays, strike, war, and other non- artificial factors are beyond Postal Service's control.

Our working day is from Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

We only pay for one delivery cost. If you wish items to be delivered to different addresses, you need to order them separately.

Your Right To Cancel

If you want to cancel,don't worry. We shall not process your order until you pay for it, so just forget about it!But please note that we can not cancel your order once your item have been shipped.

Return

All products are checked carefully before delivery. Please let us know your problems by e-mail as any issue cannot be fixed by yourself.All products from our website could be exchanged or returned within 7 days of receipt. The items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging condition and in an unused condition. Please note that once your return items are received and found worn or dirty, these items will be sent back to you. Please contact us before you do this, and wait until you get our reply.

Exchange

The shipping charges, all duties, taxes and additional fees for international exchanges are to be paid by customer, except for the faulty item we ship. Please e-mail us the tracking number once the package is sent out.

Postage is not refundable.

If the items are Non-quality Problems, customers need to add postage for exchange delivery fees. Return may takes one or two weeks to process and at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.
